Form 2 had an enjoyable visit to the Look Out Discovery Centre in Bracknell. ‘Bugs and Beasties’ was the topic of the day, and along with a classroom based workshop identifying insects and arachnids, we were able to traipse through the forest, armed with nets and pots, in search of minibeasts.

Many interesting invertebrates were identified, including a wood ant and an orange ladybird. We took full advantage of all the hands-on Science Exhibitions on offer and even managed a trip up the look-out tower, with a staggering 88 steps to climb!

No trip would be complete without some well-earned fun in the adventure playground; an activity enjoyed by all.
