The infamous cult play and film, “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding, is the first Form 6 short film to be released from a series of four. The classic story holds so many important themes, such as bullying, loneliness and being an outcast, to mention a few. The actors and crew have invested time to explore film production which will hopefully encourage them to develop a passion and further their skills for story telling with this medium.
“Conflictus” is the title given to a series of four short films devised and Directed by Phil Waller, Head of Drama at CPS. All films have the central theme of conflict running through them. The development of the technical team, whether on set or in post-production, has been nurtured by the watchful eye of the Director of Photography, Max Jewell-Smith.
