This year the CPS swim team certainly set a new course for others to follow with 8 finalists competing in 6 events the team came home waving 2 x Gold medals, broke personal best times, and on the day glided up through their rankings to sit within the elite 1st -15th national positions against regional swimmers and top swimming schools.
A well-deserved congratulations to our finalists for getting up super early last Saturday morning or arriving late afternoon to battle hideous London traffic congestion and then nervously wait for their solitude moment to shine in one of the most inspirational UK swimming arenas.
These results are down to a sheer commitment to training, staying focused, and belief in oneself and their team.

- U12 Girls Medley Relay – Darcey D (back), Chloe G (breast), Manon GJ (fly) and Charlotte H (Form 4!) Freestyle – qualified 17th at the semi-finals then finish 14th nationally with a new pb time.
- Maddie M – U10 25 Freestyle – came 1st in her semi-finals, and then secured the Gold Medal and a new pb time of 14.41 in the final.
- Manon G-J – U12 50m Breaststroke – 1st in her semi-final heat new pb 36.94 time then went on to take Gold Medal in the final.
- Isla Rose A – U13 50m Freestyle – came 4th in her semi-final heat new pb 30.92 came 9th in the final.
- Toby Lloyd-D – U13 50m Backstroke came 10th in the final.
- Hatty K – U11 50m Freestyle – came 7th in her heat at a time of 32.58 then came 15th in the final and dropped her time by .071 seconds – new pb.
