Mrs Becci Pavia started at Cranleigh Prep School in November 2021.
Previously working as Marketing Executive at Mundays LLP Solicitors, Weybridge for 7 years overseeing all aspects of marketing, with specific responsibility for events and sponsorship relationships.
Before that as Marketing Executive for St George’s College and St George’s College Junior School, Weybridge for 10 Years. Responsible for online communication (including website design and CMS), offline communication (advertising, events, editing termly magazine), advertising campaigns, day to day tactical marketing, seeking public relations opportunities, writing press releases, liaising with media, on-going market research through focus groups and surveys, represented the school at promotional events both on and off site, responsible for promotional material e.g. prospectus, banners, website, worked with external marketing, design and digital agencies, worked alongside Development promoting Alumni relations and liaised with the local business community, Parents’ Society and school community.
She also has experience as a Duty Manager for a large hotel chain and lots of events management experience too, all of which helps her in her current marketing and events role here at Cranleigh Prep.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old son, playing games, doing gardening and travelling when time allows!.
In her past she has been a Group Leader for the Across Trust charity organising and leading parties of disabled people, carers and support team to Lourdes, France which gave her invaluable life experiences and memories. She also enjoys music and walking, both of which help her to relax and unwind.
